Bubble Bee began in 2017 as a small bubble tea shop inside Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH — founded by a family passionate about authentic flavors and fast, friendly service. A year later, we expanded to the Merrimack Premium Outlets and opened a second location at the University of New Hampshire.
When the pandemic hit, we, like many small businesses, faced unexpected challenges. Instead of slowing down, we adapted — transforming our operations into a fleet of elegant, high-efficiency food trucks that bring our drinks and dumplings directly to customers across New England.
Since then, Bubble Bee has grown into a thriving local brand serving communities across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine. Beyond events and catering, we actively collaborate with schools and youth programs, including a hands-on summer initiative with the Academy for Science and Design in Nashua, where students experienced the excitement of running a food truck business. A portion of our proceeds was proudly donated back to the school — a reflection of our belief that success means giving back.
